Shipping policy

1 - SHIPPING POLICY FOR PER-ORDER PURCHASES

For pre-order purchases, items will be shipped as soon as they become available in stock. Once your order is ready for processing, you will receive an email notification with the details of your order preparation. Upon dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking information. Delivery times typically range between 7 to 10 business days from the date of shipment.
Please note that pre-order items may have varying availability dates, and your order will not ship until all items in your order are in stock.

2 - SHIPPING POLICY FOR ORDERS PLACED REGULARLY

For regular orders, the preparation time is 1 business day before the items are shipped. Once your order has been processed and is ready for dispatch, you will receive an email with updates on your order status, including the tracking information. Delivery will take approximately 7 to 10 business days after shipment.
We strive to keep you informed at every step of the shipping process to ensure a smooth and timely delivery experience.

3 - SHIPPING COSTS

For orders with a total value of $50 USD or more, shipping is free of charge.
For orders under $50 USD, a flat shipping fee of $5 USD will be applied at checkout.

4 - COUNTRY AVAILABLE FOR DELIVERY

We currently offer shipping to the following countries:
Australia, Canada, United States, United Kingdom, Italy, France, and Spain.
