Refund policy

1 - RETURN ELIGIBILITY

All products are eligible for return if the request is submitted within 15 days from the date of receipt. Returns will not be accepted after this period.

2 - ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders can be canceled if the cancellation request is made within 3 hours of placing the order. After this time frame, the order enters the preparation phase and can no longer be canceled.

3 - HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service through the Contact page, providing your order number and the reason for the return. Items must be in their original, unused, and undamaged condition. Returns for products that show signs of use or damage will not be accepted.

4 - REFUND PROCESS

Refunds will be issued in full (excluding shipping costs) once the returned item is received and inspected at the return address provided. Detailed return instructions, including the return address, will be sent via email once your request has been processed.
